In response to a formal request from Secretary of Energy Chris Wright, the Council will re-evaluate and update the permitting section of the NPC's 2019 Dynamic Delivery study. The study will provide practical recommendations based on current legislation and regulations to support streamlined permitting processes and siting of new energy infrastructure.
